Show unique host pool and workspace names in all areas of the UI

Currently, some pages and menus in NME only show the friendly name of a host pool or workspace.  This is not as helpful for admins as the unique host pool name string, since friendly names don't have to be unique.  When cloning a host pool, for example,  the dropdown menu for the destination workspace shows only friendly names.  If an admin has chosen to publish multiple different workspaces that use the same friendly name, they have no way to distinguish between workspaces in this menu.  Similarly, in the Auto-scale profiles page, the "Host Pool" column only shows friendly names for the assigned host pools.  For the admin UI, actual names should always be preferred over friendly names.
