Change "Submit a request" to "Raise a support ticket"

To me, "Submit a request" means a feature request raise. If no one else has this problem it's a me issue, but I believe it should be called "Raise a support ticket" meaning you're intending to contact support for a technical issue. I did not. I wanted to raise a feature request like this. :)
