Add the ability to see all Remote Apps that users are running and make exportable in csv format

Currently, we can see the first app that was launched, but I want to see all apps launched and be able to report on that and export to csv.  Also, a dashboard based on Remote apps invoked (realtime) would be nice, maybe a custom view.  I need to see usage info based on apps running currently and in a trend analysis dashboard of some kind.
