RBAC role(s) for Intune\Endpoint

Idea is to add ability to restrict device platforms available via RBAC, to allow for the appropriate support engineer access to view\manage their scope of devices\users

Possible RBAC Scope to:

• Device Platform
• Device Type 
• Entra ID Group (User\Device)
