We’ve turned on host pool automation to remove host sessions that have been idle for 30 days or more with the email notification to the end developer of the impending deletion.
However we cannot populate the email field in nerdio with the correct external email address (uid@xxx.com) as this would result in conflicts.
The non federated email domain used for authentication is the default (uid@xxx.onmicrosoft.com) for this notification.
The actual developers valid email is not in the email AAD field, it’s in the address field
This is the core of the issue, we need the notification to a non-default location for the email information
