Change the Provisioned column to reflect the actual OS installed on the host. Or add a new column that will reflect the Actual OS installed on the host machine. Currently if you use Intune or the upgrade assistance, the Provisioned column still reflects Windows 10, as that is what it was originally provisioned with. It does not reflect the actual Windows 11 OS that is installed on the host during the inplace upgrade process.
