Add Console Connect to the RBAC role for Help Desk

Thanks for pointing that out, sorry for the miss. It was supposed to show up for user sessions, but I just checked, and it looks like it's not working as expected. I'll track this and make sure it gets addressed.

Good news though: in the upcoming 7.1 release, there's a new custom role that you'll be able to use for assigning Console Connect to AVD workspaces, as well as Windows 365 and Intune devices. This should help provide access in the short term.
