Problem - Autoscale can take 3-4 mins for reimaging task to kick off for the host when option to remiage host is configured. The issue is another user launches a VDI session is able to connect to the same host and will be abruptly kicked out of their session when the host reimage task begins.
Description/Vision
1. Reimage task starts immediately after user logs out
or
2. Session-host is automatically put into drain mode to blocking new sessions.
