UAM: Create and link more than one Shell Apps repository

A given environment is spreaded over three regions (US, EUR, Asia). Each region has a host pool where shell app packages are deployed. To avoid latency issues when downloading the installation file or ZIP file, it may be beneficial to host the shell app repository in the same region as the assigned host pool.

We require this in the same way as for Winget repositories or FSLogix profile containers, which can be placed in the same region as the assigned host pools.

Please implement the creation and linking of more than one repository of type Shell Apps in the UAM Settings.
An additional option to copy ShellApps between these repositories would also be useful.
