Request configuration of automatic retry logic for failed session host re-imaging attempts

Problem:
When session host re-imaging fails, the system does not currently provide a configurable option for retrying the operation. This results in a single point of failure and requires manual intervention to re-initiate the task.

Description:
Enable configuration of automatic retry logic for failed re-imaging attempts, with control over retry count and delay intervals.

Vision:
Introduce settings under the session host re-imaging process or at the host pool level to allow administrators to define the number of retries and time intervals between attempts. For example, retry re-imaging up to 3 times, spaced 15 minutes apart. This feature should include basic logging and notifications when all retries have failed to help ensure visibility and reduced need for manual oversight.
