When Insights\Health\Host Status is shown that a host is unhealthy and you check the host you see that the host is already healthy and there was an issue with the agent upgrade that has been resolved already. The host is still shown as unhealthy though. Same applies to a host that is marked in insights\health as unavailable and if you check the host it's already available again.
