Nerdio documentation in Markdown form for developers (GitHub Copilot) and non-Copilot AI ingestion (Glean AI, ChatGPT Enterprise)

Problem

Unless using the Nerdio-prescribed setup of Azure OpenAI Services to stand-up a Copilot AI assistant, current documentation is inaccessible to general AI and thereby adding layer(s) of additional challenge when working with third party interfaces such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Glean AI. This impacts development activities (not utilizing native/close proximity IDE interfaces) and administrator cross-training (reducing the time of cross-training).

Description

Nerdio documentation should be rewritten in Markdown form, then rendered out to nmehelp.getnerdio.com for general consumption (as it is presently). There are plenty of resources online detailing the value of using Markdown and automation opportunities (from how presented for human consumption to automated documentation generation to PDF/HTML/other format rendering).

Vision

Downloadable *.md suite of documents (or single document) as a suitable form for ingestion by GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean AI, and other integrations.

Hi Joshua,

Thank you for raising this. We have captured the request and will investigate implementing this feature in a future release. I will speak with both our development and technical writing teams to see how much of a lift this would be.

Have a great week,

Dave
