Hi Saibabu,

Thank you for reaching out in out feature request forum. I have read through the history of this in the ticket, and can see the difference between what we surface in NME compared to what is visible in the native Azure portal. All I can add to this is the detail of what we gather for our statistics and how we compute it. We do have strong links with Microsoft and talk to their various product managers on a regular basis, however we will not get visibility as to how they calculate and surface this information on the native Azure portal.

The Average Logon Duration graph is read from the customers Log Analytics Workspace, specifically the WVDCheckpoints table. Average Login Duration specifically tracks the connection & session establishment. Without knowing the query for Azure's workbook we can't say what specifically is being tracked.

If there is something else you would like NME to track for this metric, please do let us know here.

thank you

Dave
