Add Availability Zone deployment options for Desktop Image VMs

Problem:
Can't select specific Availability Zones when deploying Desktop Image VMs.

Description:
With the limited availability of VM SKUs across Availability Zones in certain Azure regions, it would be useful to be able to specify a specific Availability Zone for Desktop Image VM deployment.

Vision:
This would be similar to the options available for zonal deployment in Host Pool settings, except that it'd be specifying deployment to a single, specific Availability Zone, instead of having multiple, sort of like this:
 

Alternately, if there's an opportunity to integrate this request for Desktop Image VM deployment with something like the Azure Capacity Extender Availability Zone Awareness option that's upcoming in 7.4.1, that'd be similarly effective.
