With NME under the Settings > Support blade there is option to download the NME Application Insights Exceptions
Would be great if there could be additional feature where NME could run a test\check where NME resources have been hardened (With Private Endpoints), download the logs which can then be used by customers &\or Nerdio support team to assist with problems
Commonly hardening is a struggle, there are great technical how to docs, but would be beneficial to have this available to help troubleshoot related problems
So having the ability to obtain logs from all the Nerdio related resources that require private endpoints (App Service, Storage, Key Vault) for all NME services (NME App, UCA, Intune Insights) would be seen as a vast improvement
Also having the ability to run the following tests to help isolate problems within the NME UI would be another improvement:
use tools like nameresolver, tcpping, and curl from both the Nerdio Manager app service and the UCA app service to validate DNS and network connectivity to each of the private endpoints.
The important here again with remediation & validation is to ensure sure we're testing each cmdlet properly (nameresolver does not include any https:// or port info, tcpping does not use https:// but must have :443 at the end, and curl must have https:// but no port details).
