NEW AVD's required to remain on for "x" hours

We have a new Win 11 Entra ID environment and we have a requirement to maintain newly created AVD’s in Drain mode for 8 hours and exclude them from Autoscale so they do not shutdown so we can apply Intune policies to them.

When we go into production, these will be done automatically through the likes of using autoscale and we would like any new VM once created to be excluded from autoscale and put into drain mode for “x” hours.

Up for this, when we reimage host, Autoscaling powered it off autmatically or make it available since it is already sync and compliant in Intue. Right now, we are doing it manually, exluding the host on autoscale and putting it on drain mode. 

it will be great feature for any new/reimage host to be on drain mode for X and excluded on autoscale for X hours automatically.
