User portal Resize feature

In the user portal settings we can configure the Resize feature to allow users to resize their VM to a different sku. We also have the option to restore the VM back to the original size after a defined period of time. These options are global and apply to the whole pool, to all users and all VMs.

We would want a way that for specific users or a group of users from that pool to keep the resized sku indefinitely.

Basically we need an option in there to exclude a group of users from the Restore back to original size feature, or something similar.

To add some more details to this: As I said the Resize timing is global and applies to all users in the pool, for example 3 days. But inside the same pool there might be users that have a need to keep the machine 5 days on the new size. We need to be able to create sub configurations in there for specific users or groups.

The same is true for the Disable Autoscale feature. If that time in there is set for 3 days, we need a way to create sub configurations there too to allow specific users or groups to disable autoscale for a different time period.
