Our users are being asked to sign in to onedrive, teams, MS apps, at each login. We've updated MS apps, rebuilt profiles, amongst other steps, but haven't been able to prevent the horrors of signing in each morning on a computer from facing our userbase.
Has anyone encountered this behavior?

What you're describing is pretty common with hybrid environments.
Because of that, you have two options:
Seamless Single Signon is the better long-term solution, but the RoamIdentity can work as well.
However, if this is an Entra DS environment, RoamIdentity is your only option.
