Ability to exclude specific host names

We have encountered issues where a specific host or host name may have an issue on the Azure side or be unusable for some reason. I believe it would be useful for Nerdio to be able to manage a list of skipped host names in several ways:

  1. When an error is encountered adding a host with a given name and meeting certain criteria (e.g. two failures for a given host name within an hour), Nerdio should automatically add the name to this list for a certain period of time (e.g. one day). This would allow Nerdio to avoid scenarios of looping continuously trying to add a host that errors.
  2. When an error is encountered adding a host, there could be an option in the Details of the task for an admin to click to exclude the name for a specified period of time.
  3. An admin should be able to manually add a name to the skip list with an expiry date.
