Feature Request: Ability to Re-Image or Troubleshoot “Unhealthy” VMs in Nerdio Console

In the Nerdio console, any devices categorized as “unhealthy” appear to be fully segregated from the parent host pool. Because of this separation, we’re unable to view diagnostic details or understand the root cause of why Nerdio has flagged the VM as unhealthy.

When selecting the three-dot context menu, all available actions are disabled except for basic power on/off and delete. This leaves us unable to perform remediation directly from the console.

To better support operational recovery, we would like to request the following enhancements:

1. Re-image Option for Unhealthy VMs
Provide the ability to re-image an unhealthy VM directly from its context menu, similar to what is available for healthy hosts. This would help quickly return the VM to a functional state without requiring deletion and manual recreation.

2. Visibility Into Health Status and Errors
Allow administrators to access logs, event information, or any available diagnostic messages explaining why the VM was marked unhealthy. Even read-only access would be extremely helpful for troubleshooting..

Thank you for considering this request.

Ability to see the assigned user and reassign that user to another VM from that state would also be useful.
