Auto-scale Settings for Servers

Hello

For managing non-AVD servers, I would like to request the Auto-Scaling feature.
For Servers that don't have Azure reservation/saving plans, we can setup auto-scale schedules for:

- Start / Power Off at certain hours/days of the week.
- Resize a Server to other SKU for weekdays/Weekend
- Run scripted actions on Servers (non-AVD hosts) 

Working mostly with NMM, I'm used to have the option to scale non-AVD Servers.
