Configure custom directory during host pool creation

We have use-cases where a single host pool might be a member of an OU, it makes no sense to create a profile for this one host pool and we'd prefer to configure custom AD. We are however forced to deploy the host pool using an AD profile, followed by editing the host pool, which is counterintuitive.
