It would be nice to see an integration with Microsoft to allow the end users to launch their desktops from Nerdio directly, either to the Microsoft Web (https://windows.cloud.microsoft/, or the old site:https://client.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient), or integrate a launcher that would open the desktop Windows App. I imagine the latter would be more difficult, but for our use cases where the users need to power on their VMs, it's a minor irk that they have to power on the laptop in one place, then launch it from another.
(Using the “Start VM on connect” does not engage the autoscaling, and they end up on under-performing VMs)

Launching desktops from the Self-service portal is a feature we will be investigating its feasibility.
