Add "Handle Images Left Running" from MSP version to Enterprise

Nerdio has this feature in its MSP version but not Enterprise: https://nmmhelp.getnerdio.com/hc/en-us/articles/26125616683277-Handle-Images-Left-Running

My IT security team wants to scan desktop images for vulnernabilities before AVD pools get re-imaged. I can enable the feature “Leave desktop image VM running” in the set-as-image task, but then the image is left running until I remember to turn it off.

We will investigate implementing similar features for Nerdio Manager for Enterprise.
