Personal host pool auto-scale pre-stage - allow for ability to only pre-stage recently logged into hosts

At present we have several thousand personal AVD hosts which are getting pre-staged during logon time. There are periods where users do not use their VDI for multiple reasons which means the blanket pre-stage approach is powering on VMs that do not require powering on. 

In order to provide more cost efficiency it would be great if it was possible to provide more granular details on the pre-stage configuration for personal host pools. Specifically, the ask would be to define only pre-stage hosts that are user has logged into either within the last 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month etc.

By having the above, it would allow only actively used hosts to be pre-staged, and those that are not currently getting used to remain powered off.

We will investigate the feasibility of adding more options for when to pre-stage these personal AVD hosts.
