The new Feature Insights / Executive are not available if the Nerdio App does not have the Cost Contributor Role assigned at the Subscription Level. This is in a complex Enterprise Env not the right approach from our view, as we already grant the Role on the Resource Group Level. Other hand the Nerdio Cost works without the permissions on that level.

Thank you for your comment on this new feature. We are actively working on making the required permissions for all our features the minimum it needs to be and as granular as possible.
For Executive Insights we only need Cost Management API READ access, not contributor role. However I will challenge the development team to see if this can be applied at the more granular level of resource group.
