Add Notification Conditions for non-task-based alerts

It would be great to be able to create Nerdio alerts based on the following triggers:

• “Unhealthy” and “Unavailable” hosts (AVD agent issues, ect)
• Hosts that are still showing in a host pool but say “VM cannot be found in this subscription”
• When a host pool is using burst capacity
• When a host pool is out of capacity

This would allow Nerdio to alert on more actionable AVD health and capacity issues with hosts vs just using the task-based error conditions available currently.
