RBAC Granularity between resources

In Azure directly, we can assign different RBACs for different resources, allowing us to better manage who has access to what resources and where.  So for example, our Service Desk could have access to Host Pool A, B & C with RBAC level 1, but then have access to Host Pool D with RBAC level 2 (as a very simple example).

Please incorporate the ability to assign different RBACs to different resources, even if we have to create specific separate groups for each of those RBACs to be applied.
