Custom Winget Repo - Sync Options

It would be useful to have a few options for keeping Custom Winget packages synchronised with public repos for new versions.

1) To be able to specify / limit which installers are obtained - we might often only want x64 MSI or EXE but on every sync we end up with a whole bunch of other installer types (in some cases numerous)

2) To be able to carry-forward Custom install options from older versions to new versions, or to have a an ‘all versions’ scope option for the Custom field.   As it is, it's necessary to copy any custom options to new installer versions.
