Hi Team. Our users use the self service portal to resize their VM. After the resize allowed period expires, Nerdio attempts to revert the VM to the original size when there is no active session in the VM. Suddenly we are having an issue that this task of reverting back to the original size is failing when the machine is hibernated. The VM needs to be running or stopped for the resize to happen. We need a feature added where we can specify that if the VM is hibernated, Nerdio needs to first stop the VM and then resize. This issue started yesterday morning and we are hoping you can consider this with a high priority, otherwise this will keep resulting in a lot of failures for our users. Thank you.
Stop hibernated VMs when resizing back to original size

Hi Florian Dushniku, thank you for raising this. We will investigate adding an option to allow hibernated session hosts to be powered off and resized, with the appropriate warning of the implications of stopping a hibernated VM.
Thank you so much!
