Provide more robust way to install console connect on intune only devices.

Console connect is a great feature but even installing to roughly 600 devices is taking very long. after about 2 weeks barely a quarter of our devices have it installed. it would be great if it could be installed as an MSI as that proces is a lot faster when you target all devices.
