private winget repo and success code per app

We are importing apps from public winget repo to our private winget repo.

Some application requires defining custom Success code to make everything working fine.

Currently success code need to be customized per single binary, but I would like to request to be able setting eustom code per application (and to be applied to all executables, including new one sync in future)
