Allow Parameters for Azure Runbook scripts when ran against a VM

Currently when you run a Windows Script against a VM you can specify parameters that are available in the run script dialogue box. However, when you use an Azure Runbook script, the variables do not display in the run script dialogue box.

These parameters can be used when running the script via the Azure Runbook screen, but that is not useful as the Azure Runbook needs to have the VM information for certain scripts:

We would like to use Azure Runbooks as part of VM creation/deletion and some of the scripts require parameters that we would specify differently based on the host pool they are assigned to.
