I would like to submit a feature enhancement request for the AVD scheduling interface (refer to attached screenshot for context).
Current Limitation
- Under the “Repeat: Weekly” option, the scheduler currently allows selection of only a single day of the week (e.g., Wednesday).
- This requires creating multiple individual schedules for scenarios where the same action is needed across multiple days.

Requested Enhancement
- Enable the ability to select multiple days within the weekly schedule, such as:
- Monday through Friday (weekdays)
- Custom combinations (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Ideally, provide a multi-select option or checkbox-based UI for “Day of week”.
Business Impact
- Simplifies scheduling for AVD lifecycle operations (start/stop automation)
- Reduces administrative overhead and duplicate schedule configurations
- Improves usability and efficiency for operations teams managing multiple VMs
Example Use Case
For AVD pre-start scenarios:
- Power on VMs Monday–Friday at 7:45 AM
- Currently requires creating 5 separate schedules, which could be streamlined into a single configuration
This enhancement would significantly improve operational efficiency and reduce complexity in managing scheduled tasks.
