Implement support for restore of backup not configured via Nerdio

Many organizations use Azure Policy or some automation to implement Azure Backup outside of Nerdio. This may be due to compliance, not wanting to tie critical functionality to Nerdio, requiring backup to be implemented via automation and not rely on manual steps, among others.

If backup is configured outside of Nerdio, the Nerdio manager still detects when the latest recovery point was made and displays it in the UI, but provides no option to restore.

I request that Nerdio implements compatibility with fully detecting backup configuration and support restore operations even though backup is not configured via Nerdio manager. This allows the implementation of backup to be consistent with the rest of the organization, while also allowing access to the restore tools that exists in Nerdio, instead of having admins move back and forth between Nerdio and Azure portal.
