We would like an option for personal desktops to enter the Pending Deletion state without automatically enabling drain mode.
Our current configuration is:
* Start VM on connect: Enabled
* Bypass drain mode for desktops in this pool: Enabled
* Auto-Shrink: Enabled
* Delete desktop after 60 days without a login
* Pending deletion period: 1 month
Observed behavior:
1. Nerdio or the user shuts down the VM.
2. The user does not log in for 60 days.
3. Nerdio marks the VM as pending deletion and enables drain mode.
4. The 30-day pending-deletion period begins.
5. The user is notified of the scheduled deletion.
6. The user cannot connect because the desktop is in drain mode.
Our purpose for the 30-day pending-deletion period is to give users time to log in and retain their desktop. However, enabling drain mode prevents them from doing so and generates help desk tickets.
Please add an option to keep the desktop available for user connections while it is pending deletion
