Not All Users Are Visible on the Manage Users Page

By default, Nerdio Manager displays only Entra ID users that are synched with Active Directory. Other "In Cloud" users are filtered out and not displayed on the Manage Users page.

In some circumstances, it may be necessary to enable the display of "In Cloud" users. For example, when using Entra Domain Services instead of traditional Active Directory.

To enable non-AD synced users to display on the Manage Users page:

1. Navigate to Settings > Azure environment.

2. In the Primary Entra ID tenant tile, check the status of Display non-AD synched users.

3. If Display non-AD synched users is Disabled, select Disabled to enable it.

4. Refresh the user list on the Manage Users page.
