Nerdio Manager Update Error (v6.5)
Occasionally when Nerdio Manager is updated, the Azure Application Deployment API does not fully register all application components after the update and restart process. This may lead to error messages and broken functionality.
The consistent main symptoms this issue display are described below. This list is not exhaustive, and other issues may also be experienced.
The following error message is observed in multiple areas of the console.
No host pools of any type are visible in the console.
The update and redeployment screen only shows the Cloud Shell option.
To resolve the issues shown above, restart the Nerdio Manager Web App from the Azure console. This completes the component registration process, and all errors should be resolved.
Restarting the web app has resolved this issue in all scenarios we have observed. However, if a restart does not resolve this issue for your environment, please raise a support request with the Nerdio support team.
