Host Pool Sepago Azure Monitor Configuration

Host Pool Sepago Azure Monitor Configuration

Important:

From April 1, 2026, the Sepago Azure Monitor solution for Nerdio reaches End of Maintenance (EoM): Nerdio will end development and ongoing maintenance of the Sepago solution with Nerdio Manager for Enterprise (NME). Existing customers may continue using the Sepago solution with NME until the integration reaches End of Life (EoL) on December 31, 2026.

For details, see 2026-04-01 Notice of End of Maintenance (EoM) and End of Life (EoL) for Sepago Integration.

To completely remove the Sepago integration from your environment, see Remove the Sepago integration from your environment, below.

Nerdio Manager allows you to enable Sepago Azure monitoring for hosts, users, and applications in a host pool.

Note:

  • Nerdio recommends that the same log analytic workspace is used for all host pools. However, if you have a need to separate data based upon host pool, you may configure this at the host pool level from the host pool properties menu.

  • Nerdio Manager does not automatically create the necessary Workbooks when setting up the Sepago integration and host pool monitoring using an existing LAW. Workbooks must be manually created when using existing spaces. For details, see Create Direct Links to Monitoring Dashboards.

To configure host pool Sepago Azure monitor settings:

  1. Locate the host pool you wish to work with.

  2. From the action menu, select PropertiesSepago.

  3. Enter the following information:.

    • Enable Sepago Azure Monitor: Toggle on this option to enable this feature.

    • Workspace ID: Type the workspace ID.

Note: The Workspace ID and Key can be found Log Analytics workspace > Settings > Agents Management > Windows Servers and enter the Workspace ID.

      • Messaging: Toggle on this option to send a message to all users on a session host before performing the operation.

Note: Session hosts are placed into drain mode (deactivated) before the message is sent.

        • Delay: From the drop-down list, select the number of minutes to wait after sending the message before starting the process.
        • Message: Type the message you want to send to the users.

      • Schedule: Toggle on the Schedule to apply the changes at a selected time.

          • Days After: If you selected After Patch Tuesday, type the number of days after Patch Tuesday to run the scheduled task.

  4. Once you have entered all the desired information, select Save or Save & close.

Remove the Sepago integration from your environment

To remove the Sepago integration entirely from your environment and ensure you are no longer being charged for Sepago-related resources, you need to perform the following configuration steps in Nerdio Manager.

To disable the Nerdio Manager Sepago integration and remove associated Log Analytics workspaces:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Environment, and select the Integrations tab.

  2. Expand the Sepago Azure Monitor heading, and select Configure.

  3. Under the Workbook links heading you'll see a list of Log Analytics workspaces linked to the Sepago integration. Select Remove for each listed workspace to remove it from Nerdio Manager and delete the associated Azure resources.

  4. Toggle the Use Sepago Azure Monitor switch to the off position.

Important: The above steps will remove all Log Analytics workspaces associated with an active Sepago integration. However, if you previously used the Sepago integration and subsequently disabled it, you may still have Log Analytics workspaces active in your Azure tenant, which may be incurring charges. Follow the steps below to remove them entirely from your tenant and ensure that no residual charges accrue from your Sepago deployment.

To remove all Sepago Log Analytics workspaces from your Azure tenant:

  1. Navigate to https://portal.azure.com.

  2. Select All resources to open the Azure Resource Manager.

  3. Type sepago into the search field.

  4. Locate and select any resources whose name begins with the string sepago and whose type is Log Analytics workspace.

  5. Select Delete to remove the selected Log Analytics workspace(s) from your tenant.
